I hate putting unused things in the trash. I have been using Willhaben for a long time to sell but also to buy used things. I also try to buy as much as possible locally. I buy my milk directly from the farmer in Mils. As well as eggsin Baumkirchen and various vegetables in Fritzens. There is also a very interesting APP to buy food before it is thrown away. The name of the APP is „togoodtogo„. I have tried it several times and have always been satisfied with the results. You buy some of the food online without knowing what exactly is in the package. Some restaurants, bakeries and other food shops already offer their goods on this platform.
I tried out the 3D glasses in some exhibitions. They show some sceneries and with the glasses, I could be very close to the action. It was crazy and the first time I moved in the virtual space with the glasses I often touched the real walls. I also once got the chance to try some virtual roller coasters with a moving chair. It was really scary, so realistic. I was about to quit the game because I was starting to feel sick.
Augmented Reality:
Even in times of a pandemic, like now, all museums are closed. But many of them offer different solutions. You can visit some exhibitions and also watch some presentations. This is also a big advantage for disabled people. Also, if there is no possibility to travel to different countries. I found many different things to do online. I have planned my office with the Ikea kitchen planner because it was a perfect solution to check the available space.
II’m sorry, but I don’t like online games. When my children were younger, they played little online games a lot. I like to have all the documents and books in digital versions. For learning, I have tried to do this digitally as well, but it doesn’t work for me. Using a pen and paper is my personal learning style.
I love making notes digitally. If I do it on small pieces of paper, I easily lose them. Years ago, during my studies, we all got papers in digital form(PDF, Word, PowerPoint or similar). At that time, I was looking for a tool that could manage them best. First I tried Notability. It works well but is only available for Mac computers. It works, but not perfectly. I put on a PC with the ability to write on the screen. I have tried several note-taking tools, but the best for me was and is OneNote. I can use it on several platforms. There are mobile versions too. It’s easy to use different worksheets and pages. Importing different info is also very easy. Importing via the print function or copy-paste is easy. Everything works perfectly. I used it intensively during my studies. I was on the road a lot and always had everything I needed to study with me, without several kilos of paper.
While working in the office, I also started using OneNote to take all the notes about our different projects. I also started sharing this info with my team. This function also works very well. At the moment I use 3 different notebooks and I can always find all the information easily through the search function.
For anyone who needs to take notes during different meetings and on different projects, I recommend trying OneNote.
I also use the first sheet for ToDo’s, because OneNote always starts when I work on the PC.
